Group Training

Our Precision Nutrition Certified Coach can help you with nutrition counseling. You cannot out-train a bad diet. We teach nutrition by the art of reduction. We do not believe in diets, rather, we believe in seeking a healthier life through developing better habits, one at a time.We offer tailored nutrition plans through based on whole food nutrition. If you want results your eating habits must support that goal.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I'm out of shape?
Your coach will modify each movement for your current fitness level.  There are regressions available for each exercise.  Think of this as one-on-one with a personal trainer but in a team environment.
When are the workouts?
We offer sessions at a variety of times both morning and evening to fit into your busy schedule.  Sessions start as early as 6am and our last session weekdays ends at 7pm.  
I have an injury, can I participate?
Always get approval from your health care provider prior to starting a new program.  Once you have the okay, your coach will work with you to tailor the workout to be safe and effective.
What are the workouts like?
Our small group training sessions consist of 3-8 people.  The programming for all workouts is designed by a team of experts in exercise science, physiology, physical therapy, and functional movement.  Each workout is backed by science to be safe and super effective.   Workouts last 45-60 minutes and include warm up and cool down.
